1. Introduction

At Cyberix, we understand the unique demands of custom-assembled computers and the trust our customers place in us. To acknowledge this, we offer a Lifetime Warranty on our custom-assembled systems. To ensure mutual understanding and to protect the interests of Cyberix, we’ve outlined the terms and conditions below.

2. Warranty Period

For the purpose of this warranty, “Lifetime” represents the typical usable life of the product under standard use and conditions, which is determined as five (5) years from the date of original purchase.

3. Warranty Coverage

a. Cyberix will address any defects arising from standard materials or craftsmanship during the warranty period without additional charges.

b. Cyberix reserves the right to either repair the system with new or refurbished parts or replace it with an equivalent new or refurbished custom-assembled computer.

4. Exclusions

This warranty does NOT encompass:

a. Damages stemming from misuse, unauthorized alterations, or neglect.

b. Effects of natural disasters, theft, or loss.

c. Aesthetic wear and tear, such as scratches, dents, or other superficial damage.

d. Software-related issues, including both the operating system and any supplementary software.

e. Consumables like batteries and external peripherals.

f. Any computer not assembled and sold directly by Cyberix.

5. Warranty Claims

a. Original invoice or receipt must be produced as proof of purchase.

b. Registration of the custom-assembled computer on Cyberix’s official website within 30 days of purchase is compulsory.

c. Customers are responsible for any shipping or transportation costs to and from our service centers.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cyberix’s liability under this warranty is restricted to the repair or replacement of the affected components. Cyberix will not bear responsibility for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our custom-assembled systems.

7. Transferability

This warranty is exclusive to the original buyer and cannot be transferred to subsequent owners.

8. Amendments

Cyberix has the discretion to modify, renew, or conclude this warranty policy as it sees fit. All changes will be communicated through our official channels, with the assurance that products already in circulation will not be affected.

9. Governing Law

The stipulations of this warranty policy are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, regardless of its conflicts of law provisions.
