1. Overview

At Cyberix, we aim to provide our customers with flexible payment options for their convenience. We are pleased to offer a Cash on Delivery (COD) service for our custom prebuilt PCs. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for using the COD service.

  1. Eligibility

The COD service is available for customers within Canada and the U.S.
Orders placed with the COD option must meet our standard eligibility criteria for shipping and delivery.

  1. Deposit

A deposit of 10% of the total order value will be charged for all COD orders.
This deposit is required to be paid upfront via Bank Transfer.

  1. Payment Process

Once you place an order and select the COD option at checkout, you will receive an invoice detailing the total amount of your order, including the 10% deposit.
You must transfer the deposit to the Bank Account provided in the invoice. Please ensure that the transfer includes your order reference number for verification purposes.
After we confirm receipt of the deposit, your order will be processed and prepared for shipment.

  1. Delivery and Payment at Delivery

Our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.
The remaining balance of the order (excluding the deposit) is to be paid in cash to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
Please ensure you have the exact amount ready as the delivery agent may not carry change.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your COD order before it is dispatched, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
The upfront deposit is non-refundable once the order has been processed and prepared for shipment.
In case of any issues with the delivered product, please refer to our standard return and exchange policy.

  1. Terms and Conditions

Cyberix reserves the right to refuse COD service to any customer based on order history, geographical location, or other criteria.
All COD transactions are subject to verification and approval by Cyberix.
Any misuse or fraudulent activity involving the COD service may result in the cancellation of the order and suspension of COD privileges for the customer.
