The DEEPCOOL AK620, introduced in September 2021, is a high-performance air cooler designed for efficient heat dissipation in demanding computing environments. It features a dual-tower design with six 6mm heat pipes, ensuring maximum heat transfer and a thermal design power (TDP) rating of 260W. This makes it suitable for high-end CPUs that generate significant heat.

Compatible with a wide range of Intel and AMD sockets, it supports Intel LGA1700, LGA1200, LGA115x, LGA2066, and LGA2011-V3, as well as AMD AM5 and AM4 sockets. This versatility ensures it can be used with many current and past generation processors.

The cooler measures 129mm in width and 160mm in height, weighing 1456g. It includes two 120mm cooling fans, each with a thickness of 25T. These fans utilize FDB (Fluid Dynamic Bearing) technology for enhanced durability and quiet operation, with a maximum speed of 1850 RPM, delivering an airflow of 68.99 CFM and a static pressure of 2.19mmH₂O. The maximum noise level is kept at a relatively low 28dBA, ensuring a balance between performance and noise. Each fan is expected to have a lifespan of 50,000 hours, providing long-term reliability.

Additional features include PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) support, which allows for automatic speed adjustments based on CPU temperature, ensuring optimal cooling efficiency and minimal noise. The cooler package includes all necessary mounting hardware for supported sockets, ensuring an easy installation process.
